Tuesday 4th Feb stafd update

Thanks guys for your checks and sending us the video of the very poorly sheep, it helped us make a decision. By time I got to site the sheep had died and we had extra help to get the sheep offsite. The Grazing Officer thinks it wasn't in great condition, our sheep are getting older so it would succumb to something much easier. We've put another salt lick out to help with any deficiencies and will try keep this topped up if you let us know when it runs out.
Nut bucket topped up
Gate kick board added and an extra length of barb over the fallen tree, but think this hasn't moved for a while. 2 sheep had gotten into the Yew enclosure as the posts have snapped, I got them out and used some metal stakes to prop the fence up - this fence will be replaced in the spring and summer this year, I will also be fencing off the other yew tree
Thanks,
Bea
