Very cold on the Down first thing this morning but all 49 sheep ( 14 WFW and 35 Shetland) were out on the hill. Limpy - No 109 was managing to get about and came for food, one other shetland was alone on the top of the hill and stayed there but was moving ok and seemed to be fine.
Food bin is approximately half full but water troughs are iced over . I broke the ice on one trough but expect this will ice over again unless it gets warmer.
One dog on lead with two walkers spotted on the top of the hill.
