If you need to report an emergency to us such as injured or escaped livestock or damaged infrastructure please follow this procedure: Call the office on 01489 774400. If no one answers, wait for the answering message which will detail the name and mobile number of the member of staff who is currently on call. Phone the on-call member of staff who will then respond accordingly. NOTES: Please do not phone a member of staff directly unless you know they are on-call. If you are unsure if a particular situation qualifies as an emergency then please phone the on-call member of staff anyway so that they can make the decision on how to proceed. Most importantly of all – please do not report injuries or sick animals via the blog alone – always call the emergency on-call contact. Thank you!

Wednesday 6th November

All 49 sheep accounted for 14 x WFW & 35 Shetland. All in good shape.

All Gates and fences good - however fresh chalk graffiti on Gates 11 & 12. "No fences on Bonfire". Pictured below.

2 x water troughs full.
Main water trough in compound is leaking. It's the hose connection from the IBC to the drinking trough. Small but constant drip, which i assume will eventually run dry. Pictured below. Tried to tighten it myself, but won't budge. IBC is half full.

Nuts tub half full.

Spotted a monk jack deer on site.

1 x Dog walker spotted with dog off the lead, diverted off the path before I could approach. Not in the sheep compound.

Leaking connector
