No other issues noted, no dog walkers.

All 39 present. Couldn't spot the limper. Found shaking stones in the empty marg tub got the stragglers attention. Water trough full, sheep nuts getting low. Downs deserted.

Checked on the sheep early this morning, all 20 came straight to me when they realised I had food They all appear to be in good condition and certainly playful!
Water trough is full.
No walkers or dogs , no signs of damage to gates or fences .
Nothing untoward to report re gates and fences etc. We did some pathway clearing where new growth was encroaching. The sheep were in fine form too, hiding in the shade at the far end of the middle enclosure to get some shade, but still keen enough to come out for some food. All twenty were moving well and eating. All well today. Have left margarine pot in the dustbin. Gates OK (kissing gate by Plum Pudding not latched). Doesn't look as though sheep have been near water trough. No-one around at mid-day. Pippa Evans pp. Tim Evans
