50 sheep all sunning themselves South of plantation. All looked fine. Water trough full.

50 sheep and trough full. None bothered to get up! All a bit miserable in the very wet weather we're having. Pippa & Tim Evans

50 sheep and trough full. Hardly any nuts as the volunteer's children got carried away. Pippa Evans

Wed Nov 20th

Found 50 sheep down in the gypsy swing dell and on the slopes near by. Trough full. I'm surprised the level of nuts has gone right down as I ask the W/E wardens to use about 8 small handfuls - sorry about that.

Weekend warden found 45. The rest were fairly well hidden. Pippa Evans

Only counted 49 initially. Eventually the last one appeared walking slowly and looking thinner than the rest. No obvious problem with it. Trough OK  Tim & Pippa Evans

Wed Nov 6th

49 sheep enjoying the sun & grazing on slopes beside the "gypsy swing dell". Went to look for the 50th and heard it calling from a distance. It seemed to be a bit out of sorts, on the small side but walking OK. Trough full of rain water!      Pippa Evans

Weekend volunteer could not find the sheep - they were probably all sheltering somewhere from the wind & rain. Pippa Evans

Fri 1st November

Only 48 came to call. One found 20m away, but no interest in nuts. Other one not found in walk around western compartment. All seen appeared fine. Trough full. Nuts replenished.
